Why not just have permanent dentures?
Teeth can reach a point when they can’t be saved by a filling, crown, or other restorative procedures and therefore must be taken out. When the teeth are removed, the bone at that site begins to change and slowly shrink over the coming months. For this reason, permanent dentures are not placed after multiple teeth are extracted. The best treatment in this situation is to extract the teeth and place an immediate/interim denture while bone goes through changes.
